CLIENT SERVICES & SALES

Director of Sales

This position is responsible for BaCo Tech’s sales success reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team. This is a new position with heightened expectations for all aspects of BaCo Tech’s sales. Primarily responsible for driving future commercial accounting SaaS sales success while delivering on current expectations. Responsible for strategic sales leadership and revenue delivery for the company across all lines of business and channels. This role is responsible for directing and managing market competitiveness in the accounting SaaS industry, pricing, distribution, and channel strategies. This goal is achieved by providing leadership toward achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Chief Executive Officer.
  • Create a sale process from the ground up and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving BaCo Tech’s revenue and profit goals.
  • Present sales department strategies to the monthly board of directors meetings.
  • Integrate BaCo Tech’s marketing pipeline into HubSpot to produce optimal commercial success.
  • Tightly integrate Customer Experience team with sales by creating product initiatives.
  • Tightly integrate the communications team with sales by facilitating product demonstration to potential customers, producing marketing content, etc.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities/partnerships.
  • Cultivate awareness of company realities.
  • Eventually, hire, develop, and retain top talent for the sales department.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales management in business-to-business sales and putting together a team or 4 years experience selling accounting SaaS.
  • Highly strategic leader – establishing critical plans and executing them.
  • Highly skilled communicator – both written and verbal, including formal presentations.
  • Creating a sales team and ­leading, helping, supervising, instructing, persuading, mentoring, motivating, communicating, counseling, and negotiating.
  • Exceptional sales professional and leader for both internal staff and external partners.
  • Highly developed data skills – analysis, synthesis, reporting and decision making.
  • A keep grasp of accounting SaaS industry issues.
  • Necessary skills in computer operation.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Software Engineer

BaCo Tech is seeking a junior level Software Engineer with experience in software development, coding, and debugging. The candidate will gain exciting software engineering experience at a thriving company.
We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another. The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop applications (coding, programming)
  • Document and test new software applications
  • Assess new application ideas
  • Research competitor offerings

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js
    VUE.js, MongoDB experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematics skills
  • Ability to work in teams
